Due to the nature of digital products, I am unable to process refunds once the purchase is complete. Since digital products cannot be returned by the buyer, refunds are not possible.

Each product description provides details about the inclusions of the purchase and specifies the intended version of the software for which it is designed. Please review this information carefully, and ensure that your computer meets the system requirements of the software before completing the purchase.

However, I do offer the option to exchange your purchased product for an alternative one or replace it with a version compatible with a different program (if available).

In cases of unauthorized transactions, such as purchases made with stolen credit cards or without the knowledge of the account holder, resolution must be sought through the relevant financial institutions, banks, or payment processors, such as PayPal. Such matters are beyond the seller's control and should be addressed through the appropriate channels provided by these authorized organizations.
